Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking a dedicated Carer to join our team in providing 24-hour care that respects each resident’s dignity and independence. You will support daily living activities, encourage wellbeing, and contribute to a warm, family-like environment across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Two written references are required.
• A standard/enhanced DBS check may be required depending on role.
• Evidence of a right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with washing and dressing residents.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Getting to know residents' interests and needs.
• Carrying out general housekeeping in private bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting residents' physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
