Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in permanent recruitment with a consistent employment record
• Proven achievement in education, personal interests, or work history
• Confident telephone manner and comfort with face-to-face meetings
• Experience managing the full recruitment process
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance to Thame
