Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Duties:

• To source property development and investment opportunities in both the residential and commercial sectors
• To work closely with clients to understand their needs and source opportunities best-suited to them
• To negotiate transactions with developers and investors
• To establish and develop client relationships
• To run a compliant business by being diligent
• To provide professional consultancy and advice throughout the client’s journey

Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• A minimum of three years sales experience in UK property development and investment
• An understanding of the property market across multiple sectors
• A track record in acquiring and disposing of residential development and investment opportunities
• Ability to appraise and value opportunities
• Experience with selling off market opportunities
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry
• Have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to quickly tap into prospective client’s key goals and aspirations
• A proven track record of generating fees
• An impressive following/contact base

Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Remuneration:

• £40,000+ basic salary, commensurate with experience
• Up to £100,000 On Target Earning potential
