Job summary

UKR Group in London is seeking a proactive 360 recruiter to own a construction-focused desk. You will win clients and place professionals from quantity surveyors to site managers, managing end-to-end processes and building a strong pipeline.

This hybrid role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission, with room to grow in a growing division across construction staffing. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver outstanding placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, ideally 360 or perm desk in construction or white collar.
• Proven ability to win new business and build a client base.
• Track record of billing or strong drive to achieve revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building.
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable with output-based targets.

About the Company

UKR was built to expand the construction talent pool. We supply labour and trades across construction, civil engineering, rail, utilities and logistics, and our white collar division is where we are growing fastest.

About the Role

Competitive base + uncapped commission. We are looking for a 360 recruiter to own that desk and build it. This is a full 360 seat. You win your own clients and you deliver on your own roles, placing the professional end of construction: quantity surveyors, project and site managers, estimators, commercial and design staff, and the senior appointments that sit above the site teams. You bring the clients on, you run the process end to end, and you grow the accounts you win. We are not a desk-and-KPI sweatshop dressed up as something else. We hire people who can actually recruit and we give them the room to do it. But we are serious about how we work. Everything runs through our CRM, and the number that counts is the one in the system. If you log your work and build a real pipeline, the earning potential here is uncapped and genuine.

• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable being measured on output
