Job summary

Sika is hiring a Process Manufacturing Operative on a permanent basis to support safe and efficient production. You will work as part of a team, operating plant and equipment while following SOPs and maintaining quality, output and housekeeping standards.

The role requires hands-on work, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, process, warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong written and verbal instructions following procedures.
• Good numeracy, literacy and record-keeping skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to work shifts and handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment and follow site procedures safely.
• Record process data and complete documentation accurately.
• Weigh, load, mix, and transfer materials per schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct basic quality checks and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain high housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
• Support line changeovers, cleaning, and handovers between shifts.
