Job summary

Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment, keeping production lines running safely and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll operate machinery and production processes, maintain hygiene and 5S, complete quality checks, replenish materials and support first-line maintenance while working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Operate machinery and production processes following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and 5S.
• Carry out Cleaning in Place (CIP/OEP) activities.
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Replenish materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Support and train new colleagues through practical, on-the-job guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production processes safely and effectively to achieve outputs.
• Maintaining hygiene, housekeeping and 5S in the production area.
• Carrying out CIP/OEP cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Performing quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Replenishing materials to keep lines running smoothly.
• Conducting basic maintenance checks and reporting faults.

You’ll play an important part in delivering great products for our customers, taking ownership of your area and looking for opportunities to make things even better.

Shift Pattern: 3 week rotating shifts - 06:00 to 15:00 & 15:00 to 00:00

What you’ll be doing

• Operating machinery and production processes safely and effectively to achieve required outputs
