Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Plasterer for a permanent role spanning Oxford, Salisbury, Wiltshire and surrounding areas. The job centers on plastering with steady hours and a 37‑hour week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.

The role offers a £34,000 salary, a company van, fuel and other benefits, with travel between sites and the flexibility to cover multiple locations as required. Formal tickets aren’t required if hands-on experience is solid.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a Plasterer.
• A time-served background in plastering.
• Good knowledge of general plastering techniques and finishing.
• A reliable and professional approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Completing plastering works across properties in Oxford, Salisbury, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
• Carrying out plastering repairs, finishing works and general plastering duties to a high standard.
• Working independently across a range of properties and projects.
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring completed work is finished neatly and professionally.
• Working safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Managing your own workload and travelling between sites as required.
• Working flexibly across different locations depending on project requirements.
