Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced plasterer to work permanently across Oxford, Salisbury, Wiltshire and surrounding areas. The role focuses on plastering across multiple sites, with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday and an early finish on Fridays.

The position offers a £34,000 salary, company van, fuel and other benefits, with travel between sites as required. A time-served background in plastering and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience as a plasterer.
• Time-served background in plastering.
• Good knowledge of plastering techniques and finishing.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS check willingness.

Responsibilities

• Complete plastering works across Oxford, Salisbury, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
• Carry out plastering repairs, finishing works and general plastering duties to a high standard.
• Work independently across a range of properties and projects.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure completed work is neat and professional.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Manage workload and travel between sites as required.
• Work flexibly across locations depending on project needs.
