Job summary

Randstad Education in Forest Row is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join a supportive early years team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality care and EYFS-aligned learning, design engaging activities, and act as a Key Person, tracking progress and maintaining records.

The role requires a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification, EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, plus strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/EY qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working in an early years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Strong communication skills and professional reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and early education aligned with EYFS framework.
• Design and implement engaging activities supporting developmental milestones.
• Serve as a Key Person, monitor progress and maintain records.
• Establish professional relationships with parents and the team.
• Uphold safe, inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments.
