The successful candidate will coordinate ground-up site activities, manage documentation and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, while upholding health and safety standards. A UK driving licence is essential and a proactive communicator will excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer on build projects.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from ground up.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
• Manage site documentation, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
