Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative for their Voids team. This permanent role covers Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Salisbury, with 39 hours per week plus 1 in 7 on-call shifts. You’ll refurbish social housing properties and handover to tenants, using carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating skills.

Qualifications

Experience across trades to refurbish social housing properties.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfort using handheld devices to track workload.

Responsibilities

Refurbish vacant properties to ready state for new tenants.
Carry out carpentry, joinery and door repairs.
Undertake kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, tiling, painting and decorating.
Perform basic plumbing and flooring works as required.
Maintain high standards of workmanship across trades.
