Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join the Voids team, carrying out refurbishment and repair works to social housing properties across Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Salisbury.

You will work across a range of trades to bring empty properties back to a high standard, with a 39-hour week, on-call rota, and a secure permanent position offering benefits and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry and joinery repairs
• Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Door hanging and adjustments
• Replacement of internal and external doors
• UPVC door and window replacements
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations
• Painting and decorating
• Wall and floor tiling
• Patch plastering
• Flooring installation, including cap and cove flooring
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• You'll manage your workload using a handheld device, work to programme deadlines and ensure every property is completed to a high standard.

The Role
