Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Voids team, refurbishing and repairing social housing properties to handover to new tenants. This permanent role offers security and a company van with fuel card.

You will work across carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating, managing your workload with a handheld device to ensure high standards and timely completions.

Qualifications

• Experience in refurbishment and repairs within social housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry and joinery repairs.
• Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Door hanging and adjustments.
• Replacement of internal and external doors.
• UPVC door and window replacements.
• Basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Painting and decorating.
• Wall and floor tiling.
• Patch plastering.
• Flooring installation, including cap and cove flooring.
• General multi‑trade repairs and maintenance.
• Manage workload using handheld device and meet programme deadlines.
