Premier Inn Southport Central is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to support breakfast and dinner service. You’ll prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes while keeping the kitchen clean and stocked. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours and a friendly hotel team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
