Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Flexible Floating Support Worker to cover Worcester and surrounding areas, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work across multiple services, building relationships and promoting independence while following person-centred support plans.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.96 per hour plus sleep-in payments. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

• Experience in care and support environments preferred.
• Flexibility with availability is essential.
