ENS Recruitment is seeking an Intensive Support Manager - Learning Disabilities to lead and improve operations across Learning Disability services in London and Essex. The role covers a peripatetic remit, deploying across sites to deliver hands-on management, coaching and rapid risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Travel across London and Essex is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualificações

• Significant experience at Registered Manager or Service Manager level within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding responsibilities, quality assurance process and regulatory compliance.
• Professional qualification or relevant workplace experience (ideally with level 5 care manager qualification)
• Experience of managing staff related matters including investigations, grievances, disciplinary, capability and absence
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational priorities
• Ability to manage a full and varied workload effectively to meet deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert operational leadership, management support and intervention across Learning Disability services.
• Act as a peripatetic manager deployed across services to deliver additional leadership and improvement capacity.
• Rapidly assess service performance, identify risks and implement improvement plans.
• Strengthen operational delivery and coach teams to ensure compliance with legislation, systems and procedures.
• Ensure good or outstanding support to customers in deployed services.
