NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Perioperative Clinical Educator (Scrub Specialty) to support workforce development across three hospital sites. The role focuses on delivering a formal education programme for Theatre Practitioners and Healthcare Support Workers.

You will lead education initiatives, promote best perioperative practice, and provide clinical leadership within an established education team.

Formación

• Registered with NMC or HCPC and current registration.
• Postgraduate teaching qualification or equivalent teaching experience.
• Ideally Master's level education relevant to perioperative practice.
• Significant post-registration perioperative experience with teaching evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver education and staff development programmes for perioperative staff.
• Support workforce development within the scrub specialty with innovative training.
• Act as an independent practitioner and clinical expert providing leadership.
• Collaborate with the Education Team to implement evidence-based practice.
• Promote a safe perioperative patient experience and service improvement.
• Develop a skilled, adaptable perioperative workforce.
