Qualificações

• Essential: NMC/HCPC registration.
• RN1, RN2 General Nursing Posts/ODP.
• Evidence of continuing education or development for more experienced Band 5 nurses.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures and Clinical Governance.
• Awareness of changes within Nursing practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent peri-op care and maintain standards.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate care to meet patient needs in line with Trust values and professional frameworks.
• Ensure a well-organised and safe clinical environment.
• Provide clinical supervision and direction for colleagues and students.
