Job summary

Spire Nottingham Hospital is hiring a Scrub Nurse or ODP to join our high-performing theatre team in Nottingham. You will scrub for orthopaedic procedures, support the perioperative pathway and help ensure safe, efficient patient care across the theatre suite.

This role offers a private hospital context with opportunities to develop perioperative skills, work with experienced surgeons and MDT, and contribute to governance, quality improvement and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or ODP with theatre experience
• Experience in orthopaedic setting is desirable
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, patient-focused approach
• Commitment to maintaining high clinical standards

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, minor procedures)

You'll be part of a supportive environment delivering a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

• Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)
