Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Perinatal Pathway for Vaccinations Failsafe Officer to provide essential administrative support and rigorous data oversight for the vaccination programme in Exeter.

You will monitor reporting systems, extract data for national submissions, and work with midwifery teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is essential.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
• Full training and ongoing support provided to develop knowledge of the Perinatal Pathway and vaccination programmes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor local and national vaccination reporting systems.
• Provide high quality data for national submission of activity reports.
• Liaise with community midwifery teams and vaccination hubs to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual audits to optimise the Perinatal Vaccination pathway.
