Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience in HR, workforce, compliance, governance or a related field.
• Experience of managing organisational training and learning programmes.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce compliance, training and governance across Vaccination UK, ensuring regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements are met and evidenced.
• Monitor compliance records, audits, risks and actions; support inspection readiness; provide assurance of consistent compliance processes.
• Develop and deliver training and competency programmes to support safe and effective service delivery.
