Job summary

Mastella Ventures Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to own a UK territory, building relationships with distributors, installers, contractors, and end users. You will combine technical sales with business development to identify opportunities and drive new business in perimeter security.

The role includes promoting gates, barriers, bollards and access control products, with field-based responsibilities and potential to work from home after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in perimeter security or related industrial security sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell perimeter security products and solutions across the UK territory.
• Develop and execute a proactive territory sales plan to increase market share.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and relationships.
