Qualifications

• Incredible video editor with imaginative ideas and an eye for detail.
• Proficient with video editing software tools.
• A great portfolio of video editing experience in a paid social or performance creative environment.
• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping UGC-style content that drives conversions.
• Experience with organic social editing (Instagram Reels, TikTok) is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• You know the difference between content that looks good and content that converts.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Collaborate with the performance team to optimise edits for engagement and conversion.
