Ancient + Brave is seeking a performance-minded designer to craft static and motion assets for paid social, working from briefs with the Performance Creative Strategist and alongside a Social Video Editor. The role focuses on Meta now, with TikTok on the horizon, and demands high-volume output without compromising our brand quality.

You will interpret briefs, generate three strong routes quickly, and maintain the brand while exploring creative tests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for paid social at volume.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects for motion and Figma.
• Enthusiastic about using AI to aid and speed creativity.
• Experience talking about what makes creative perform on Meta with specifics.

Responsibilities

• Design statics, carousels, stories and motion assets for paid social channels.
• Create variants for testing plans across format, aspect, hook, offer and audience.
• Refresh live assets quickly as performance shifts.
• Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative for performance.
