You will deliver accurate reporting and performance analysis to enable effective planning and continuous improvement, collaborating with leaders to drive better service and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insight from data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing reports and performance analyses.
• Ability to explain complex data in a simple, clear way for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.

Performance Analyst

A bit about the job:

You'll join Green Flag's Performance Optimisation & Change team, helping us use data to improve how we support our customers when they need us most. You will analyse operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn complex data into clear recommendations. Working with operational leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will help shape decisions that improve service, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You will be accountable for delivering accurate reporting, actionable insight, and performance analysis that supports business planning and continuous improvement.
