About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who’s confident managing all parts of paid media—from strategy to setup to reporting. You’ll be the go-to person for lead generation, tracking, and optimising campaigns that really work.

But more than that you’ll play a key role in helping people discover services that could change their lives or the lives of their loved ones.

You won’t just be stuck behind a screen. You’ll be working closely with teams across the company, shaping how we show up in the world.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) from end to end
• Tracking performance and spotting what’s working (and what’s not)
• Testing and tweaking landing pages, ads, and messaging to improve results
• Helping manage and optimise listings on care directories and partner sites
• Supporting our email campaigns and lead nurture journeys
• Reporting clearly, with insights that drive decisions—not just data dumps
• Making sure we’re using the right tools to track and measure properly

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in performance marketing
• Confident with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead gen campaigns
• Familiar with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar and tracking tools
• You love looking at numbers, learning, and making things better
• You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to try new things
• Bonus: You’ve worked in or around healthcare—but it’s not essential
• Most importantly: You care about the impact your work has
