The Role:

The Digital Marketing Department at Oh Polly is going through an exciting period of growth and requires a passionate and talented digital marketing specialist to join their fast paced team.
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role within the team, with a key focus on Paid Marketing. You will be collaborating with teams across the organisation and global markets to develop and execute best-in-class digital performance campaigns to drive efficient user acquisition and user retention.

This role is best suited for someone who has a demonstrable experience within digital marketing and is looking to refine their expertise further within the fashion sectorwithin an in-house performance marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement across Paid Media, including search, Paid Social and Affiliates.
  • Optimising campaigns to achieve increased results month-on-month in line with the company wide targets.
  • Deliver on user growth targets, whilst maintaining efficient ROAS, CPC’s, CPA and CAC.
  • Record and communicate paid marketing performance using data driven insight to wider stakeholders, ensuring that any variance against target is explained.
  • Understand last click, MMM and attribution funnels
  • Drive innovation of Paid Media activity, implementing test and learn approach to ensure market leading activity and maximise return on investment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Oh Polly creative teams to acquire content for launches, promotions and activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience is desired within a digital marketing role.
    Proven experience of managing paid media activity (gained from working for an advertiser or media agency).
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat ads managers
  • Great multitasker and organisational skills.
  • A team player who is proactive and is able to work autonomously.
  • Highly numerate and experienced on excel
  • Proactive and positive attitude
