As the Performance Marketing Specialist for the Northern American market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace—homeowners and tradespeople. Within the paid search team, we are committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand.

Reporting directly to the Paid search director, your responsibilities will include:

Owning the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability.

Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analyzing performance to continually improve profitability and ROI.

Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.

Collaborating with the Creative team to produce compelling and effective ad assets that resonate with our target audience.

Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth.

This role gives you the chance to make a real impact while working in an environment that encourages innovation and data-driven experimentation. Your contributions will directly shape the success of our paid marketing efforts in these markets.

2-5 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Native written and verbal communication skills in English required

Previous experience of the US and Canadian markets required

Nice to have:

Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary skill

Experience with marketplace management

Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
