Job summary

Confidential in Warrington is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The role is hybrid, offering a salary of £35,000-£40,000 with a performance bonus and opportunities for growth.

You will drive campaign performance, analyse data, report to clients, and collaborate with creative teams to optimize landing pages and conversion tracking. A strong track record in PPC/paid social is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Paid Social and/or PPC.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience using GA4 and conversion tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Deliver strong performance against CPA, CPL and ROAS targets
• Analyse campaign data and implement ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative
• Present campaign results and recommendations to clients
• Oversee tracking, attribution and conversion measurement
• Identify new opportunities to drive growth across client accounts
