Job summary

Nova Recruitment in Warrington is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This hybrid role pays £35,000-£40,000 plus a performance bonus and offers a chance to work with a growing digital marketing agency and a diverse client portfolio.

You will manage campaigns from strategy to execution, analyse data, report results to clients and collaborate with creative teams to maximise ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Paid Social and/or PPC.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience using GA4 and conversion tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Deliver strong performance against CPA, CPL and ROAS targets.
• Analyse campaign data and implement ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative.
• Present campaign results and recommendations to clients.
• Oversee tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
• Identify new opportunities to drive growth across client accounts.
