The Role
Role Objectives
This performance marketing role seeks an experienced marketer with a proven track record of driving growth using paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others.
You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working with the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search strategies to increase member acquisition across platforms like Google and Bing.
- Manage paid social campaigns to acquire and retain members, creating platform-specific ad creatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC campaigns for ROI, CTR, and CPA.
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging and drive enterprise growth.
- Conduct keyword research, manage bids, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Analyse paid social campaigns to maximise ROI and reduce CPA.
Own the Complete Funnel
- Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns at all funnel stages.
- Track impressions to conversions daily, identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Report insights regularly and work with stakeholders to resolve funnel-related concerns.
Budget Management
- Manage PPC and paid social budgets effectively to balance cost and performance.
Testing
- Develop hypotheses, prioritize testing, and implement A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Performance Reporting
- Generate reports on PPC and paid social metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Explore New Platforms
- Identify new paid platform opportunities, drive growth through experimentation, and collaborate with creative teams to align messaging.
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in dental cover sales month-over-month.
- ROI from campaigns, tracking revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization.
