Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in demand generation or performance marketing in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record of owning MQL/SQL targets.
• Experience using HubSpot for nurture sequences and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-generated pipeline and full-funnel reporting.
• Manage SEO, PPC and LinkedIn Ads agencies with budgets and KPIs.
• Build and optimise nurture sequences within HubSpot.
• Use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to monitor conversions and opportunities.
• Own website chatbot lead conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with content, creative and broader marketing teams to drive demand-gen activity.
