We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur (and more brands to come!) based in London.

In this role, you will sit in a vibrant, bright team of over 35 people who support the 360 omnichannel business. You will lead the digital media strategy, overseeing paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates and VOD/Display media. You will manage all revenue targets and also be accountable for the CA&R targets associated.

You will own the strategy for both Penhaligon's and L'Artisan Parfumeur as well as for a new skincare and lifestyle brand with a huge potential.

You will be responsible for...

• Planning, developing and implementing full funnel digital marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the Brand, ECommerce and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns
• Work with the Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-1st creative assets that are optimised for channel, placements and targeting

You will have...

• Solid experience working in a similar media role – managing performance channels ideally within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills to manage people, processes and communicate with wide stakeholder groups
• You will be an inquisitive thinker and someone who can challenge with a view to innovate
• Incredibly creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
• Analytical skills – to be able to read, understand and pivot to next steps / innovations
