Our client is a fast-growing, female-founded luxury fashion ski-brand bringing a fashion-first approach to the slopes. Known for being distinctive, creative and a highly engaged global community, the brand has grown rapidly across the UK and US, with an expanding international customer base.

You’ll be joining at a hugely important time in the trading calendar. With significant seasonal peaks around Black Friday, Christmas and end‑of‑season sale, budgets scale considerably during these periods and you’ll need to be confident making quick, commercially focused decisions.
You’ll get the opportunity to work with meaningful budgets across multiple markets, including the UK, US, Europe and Australia.
The role is genuinely hands‑on — this isn’t an agency‑management position. You’ll be expected to get into the accounts, optimise campaigns and own performance day to day.
