Who are they?

Our client is a well-established, London-based fashion and lifestyle retail brand, with a strong multi-store presence across the UK and a thriving ecommerce business. Their reputation is built not just on the quality and design of their products, but on genuinely exceptional customer service and an in-house design team creating bi-annual collections.

They're an inclusive brand for everybody, with a wide, size-inclusive product range and an unrivalled eye for detail.

The role

This is a key role in the eCommerce team, leading the performance marketing team to accelerate the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will evolve the performance marketing strategy and manage a large digital marketing budget, constantly seeking new opportunities to efficiently scale performance.

You will work closely with the Brand Marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns and results that drive high-quality traffic, increase new and existing customer growth, and increase brand awareness.

You will have deep performance marketing expertise, especially using Paid Social, to deliver growth in the UK and internationally.

Main duties & responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the performance marketing strategy: review and evolve the performance marketing strategy, testing channels and improving return from performance marketing investment

  • Identify new opportunities to grow the business: constantly review performance and identify new opportunities to reach new customers and re-engage existing customers

  • Measurement: oversee the performance marketing measurement framework to measure effectiveness, with strong familiarity with marketing mix measurement models and incrementality testing

  • Paid channels creative strategy: accountable for the Paid Channels creative strategy, working with the performance marketing agency and brand marketing teams to improve creative performance

  • Budgeting and budget management: own the end-to-end performance marketing budget, completing annual budgets for traffic, spend and revenue by channel and market, and accountable for daily budget pacing

  • Leading and managing the performance marketing team: lead, develop and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team

  • Develop strong partner relationships: build on strong relationships with the performance marketing agency, SEO agency, measurement agency and partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok

What are they looking for from you?
  • Proven track record delivering growth, ideally in a fashion eCommerce business

  • Excellent knowledge of all performance marketing channels, especially Paid Social

  • Experience launching and growing new international markets

  • AI literate — actively using AI in your role to improve performance

  • Highly commercial with a strong focus on driving sales and profit

  • Results-focused with strong business acumen and a desire to deliver work of the highest quality

  • Financially savvy — very comfortable with numbers and reports, great attention to detail

  • Amazing interpersonal skills — you'll build strong relationships with partners and influence strategic direction in a very exciting time

  • Strong creative eye — able to direct the team to brief creative that delivers strong performance and aligns with the brand

  • A self-starter, highly motivated, proactive and positive attitude

  • Super-resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced and changeable environment

  • Hands-on and happy to get stuck in to help the team on any task

  • Experience in online fashion preferred, or a keen interest in online fashion

Are there any benefits?
  • Competitive salary

  • 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays

  • Fun working environment with regular social events

  • Eligible to join the enhanced pension scheme after 12 months' service
