Quintessentially group is seeking a hands-on, data-literate Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and optimise conversion journeys. You’ll collaborate with sales and operations to identify growth opportunities and deliver campaigns that drive member growth.

You will own performance across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, optimise landing pages and enquiry journeys, and report on what moves the needle for a luxury lifestyle audience.

Competenze

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing with direct responsibility for running paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager—building campaigns yourself.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM tagging and attribution basics.
• Comfortable building and interpreting performance reports using GA and Search Console.

Mansioni

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, aligned with the quarterly plan and budget.
• Monitor day-to-day campaign performance with agencies and make tactical optimisation decisions.
• Manage testing cycles for creative and copy, documenting results and rollouts.
• Own landing page and enrollment journey optimisation, briefing design and development teams.
• Maintain attribution models and reporting to reflect what drives membership enquiries.
