Boux Avenue is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to support our digital channels and grow e-commerce traffic. You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing and Marketing teams to optimise paid social campaigns, creative briefs, and data-driven insights in a fast-paced online fashion brand.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of proven performance marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Interest in online fashion retail and digital marketing trends.

Aufgaben

• Execute and optimise daily campaigns across Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
• Lead the performance creative loop by reviewing data and briefing design teams.
• Collaborate with Brand and Influencer teams to streamline UGC for ads.
• Support daily/weekly performance reporting and spend pacing.
• Assist with Paid Search and Paid Display execution and tracking.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce Trading to align campaigns with the weekly calendar.
• Monitor customer journeys to ensure ad messaging aligns with objectives.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and test new formats.
