What we’re looking for:
We seek a Performance Marketing Executive to join our innovative online marketing team. This role is crucial in driving customer acquisition through paid media, paid social, and affiliate marketing channels, supported by a specialist agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Management: Collaborate with our SEM agency to review ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including PMAX. Work with brand teams to create engaging ads, optimize copy and keywords, and monitor performance to maximize ROAS.
- Paid Social Advertising: Develop and implement strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Collaborate with the brand team for product launches, and use A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting to increase engagement.
- Affiliate Marketing: Partner with our affiliate agency to identify growth opportunities, analyze performance data, and optimize structures for better results.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, generate reports, conduct A/B tests, and analyze trends with the SEM agency to refine strategies.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance to meet KPIs, coordinate with email and brand marketing teams, and contribute to the wider marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- A passion for running and the outdoors, embodying the SportsShoes brand ethos.
- 5+ years in retail marketing with channel-specific expertise.
- Experience with Google Shopping feed management and optimization.
- Data-driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in GA4, reporting, conversion tracking tools, and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced copywriting skills.
- Creative and commercial thinking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of paid media trends and insights.
- Passion for data, insights, and customer journeys.
