Job summary

Historic England is inviting applications for a Performance Manager to lead the organisation’s corporate performance framework and KPI development. The role involves shaping the Balanced Scorecard, delivering insight to senior stakeholders, and ensuring robust performance reporting to the Executive Team, Commission and DCMS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate performance frameworks or performance reporting functions.
• Demonstrable experience developing and managing KPIs.
• Analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing strategic reports and communicating complex information clearly.
• Experience driving improvement, innovation or best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of Historic England’s corporate performance framework.
• Lead development of KPIs and Balanced Scorecard; provide insight to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality performance reporting to the Executive Team, Commission and DCMS.
• Curate insight from data to influence strategic decisions.
