We are partnering with a leading Growth Marketing agency seeking a confident Performance Manager with strong Account Management skills. Sat in the Client Experience team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, taking briefs, developing media strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives. This role will require you to lead meetings, offer strategic solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously strive to improve processes and ways of working for better client relationships.
- Manage client budgets and negotiate deals.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members.
- Oversee ongoing activities, campaign setup, and optimisations.
- Collaborate with specialist teams and provide market analysis insights.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Be innovative, develop strategies and proactively seek new solutions for clients.
