Job summary

Elevate Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a commercially minded BI Performance Manager for an online international education provider. The role combines shaping the client’s educational workplace and online proposition with a hybrid pattern requiring 2-3 days in the Stratford, London office.

You will analyse data, develop metrics for digital products and customer journeys, translate insights into actions, and contribute to pricing and product investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, data analysis or performance analysis.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with reporting or visualisation.
• Experience developing, tracking or interpreting metrics for digital products, services or customer journeys.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of data privacy and security principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Commercially minded BI Performance Manager required by our client an online international education provider, to help shape the future of our clients educational workplace and online proposition - a growing portfolio of digital and workplace-focused English learning and assessment solutions used by individuals and organisations around the world.

The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with 2-3 days a week required in their London office in a really welcoming and positive working environment. Our client offers a competitive salary and package which includes:-

Salary: to £58K includes London allowance

London Allowance: £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).

Attractive pension scheme (employer contributions up to 27%)

32 days holiday plus bank holidays package (c39 days).

Hybrid working - location: Stratford, London, you will be required to work in the office up to 3 days a week

Performance Manager - Work Experience and Qualifications
