We are recruiting a Data Analyst to join the digital product function of a large international organisation undergoing significant technology and product transformation. The role will support a portfolio of digital services used by customers internationally, providing analysis and actionable insight to improve product performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes. This is a hands‑on analytical position rather than a leadership role. The successful candidate will combine strong SQL and Power BI capability with commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement and, importantly, the ability to take ownership of their work. You will be expected to investigate problems independently, determine the appropriate analytical approach and explain not only what the data shows, but why it matters and what the organisation should consider doing as a result.
The strongest candidates will combine technical analytical capability with autonomy and commercial awareness. This role is not intended for someone who requires constant direction or whose default approach is to escalate analytical decisions to a manager. You should be comfortable understanding a business problem, determining what analysis is required, working through the data and taking responsibility for the resulting insight. Previous experience within education is not essential. Candidates from technology, digital products, SaaS, commercial organisations, the public sector and other data‑rich environments could all be relevant. The opportunity provides significant ownership and the chance to work on digital products with international reach while contributing to a broader programme of technology modernisation and greater use of AI.
Applicants must already have unrestricted right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.
