Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Manager to lead a major programme transforming assurance reporting, performance intelligence and decision-making. You will drive advanced Power BI dashboards, data modelling and performance frameworks to modernise how performance is measured and governed.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with senior teams and a focus on data quality.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in business and/or management.
• ICT qualification at Level 5+ or equivalent with MS Office skills.
• Maths and English qualifications at level 5+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a BI solution transforming assurance reporting and performance management.
• Oversee creation of complex datasets and Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Support governance through IQPR reporting and data quality monitoring.
