Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing performance reporting for regulatory and commissioning requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical teams, BIU and external partners.
• Experience with financial modelling related to NHS programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance management systems for regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives across services.
• Collaborate with BIU, service managers and clinicians for timely reporting.
• Liaise with GSTT and LGT for information sharing.
• Support manager to ensure compliance with external requirements.
• Contribute to governance, budget and staff management.
