Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities and monitor needs.
• Evaluate performance data to identify trends.
• Mentor employees on competencies, training, onboarding, and evaluation processes.
• Promote alignment with development and performance processes.
• Support hiring for the Product Service Line in collaboration with HR and Hiring Manager.
• Visit field locations to review performance and identify knowledge gaps.
