Rochdale Council is seeking a Performance Data Officer to join Governance and Business Support. You will analyse complex datasets, cleanse and manipulate data, and develop SQL reports and Power BI dashboards to inform adult care service decisions.
You will translate information into clear evidence to support planning and service delivery, working collaboratively with teams and partner organisations. The role requires strong Excel skills and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate must be able to work and attend meetings and other events during the evening and occasionally at weekend, as per the needs of the service.
