Job summary

Arriva is seeking a curious and detail-oriented Analyst to join the Business Performance team within Group Finance at Arriva. Based at our Doxford Park office in Sunderland, this 12-month fixed-term contract offers exposure to commercial and financial analysis activities and the Group Performance Dashboard.

You will collect, validate and reconcile data across functions, improve reporting controls and support ESG/non-financial data reporting, with a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and

Qualifications

• Experience in data, reporting or business performance roles.
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation.
• Proficient with Excel and large datasets.
• Ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own inputs and outputs for Group Performance Dashboard.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and outputs.
• Ensure alignment across operational, financial and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Support ESG and non-financial data collection and reporting.
