Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Business Performance Analyst (12-month FTC) based at the Doxford Park area in Sunderland. You will join the Group Finance function and help ensure accurate, reliable business performance data and reporting across functions.

Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the Doxford office with flexible remote work. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting controls and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data, reporting or business performance role.
• Excel skills and handling large datasets.
• Ability to trace and resolve data issues across sources.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the collection, validation and reconciliation of performance data.
• Support development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Ensure outputs are aligned across financial, operational and KPI reporting for exec-ready insights.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
