Job summary

Arriva is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Performance Analyst to join Group Finance for a 12-month FTC. Based at the Doxford Park office in Sunderland, you will own data inputs to the Group Performance Dashboard, validate data, and support exec-level reporting across financial, operational and sustainability metrics.

You will combine strong Excel and Power BI skills with a structured approach to data validation, reconciliation and continuous improvement of reporting processes,

Qualifications

• Experience in data, reporting, or finance roles.
• Excel with large datasets.
• Able to reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inputs/outputs within the Group Performance Dashboard.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and outputs with reliable underlying data.
• Ensure outputs are aligned across financial, operational and KPI reporting for exec-level use.
• Support ESG data collection and reporting and planning cycles.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across sources.
