Job summary

Slingshot AI, the team behind Ash, is seeking a senior creative lead to own and scale the engine that drives performance across ads. You will manage angle, copy, production, and testing, delivering repeatable outputs and optimizing the funnel from first frame to paying customer.

You will work hands-on with the AI production stack, write impactful performance copy, and collaborate with media buyers to tailor creative for each channel. A hybrid NYC/London presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance-driven creative, delivering CAC targets.
• Ability to scale creative production from near-zero to high volume.
• Strong copywriting for performance ads across networks.
• Familiarity with AI production stacks and evaluation of tools.
• Experience across multiple ad networks and platform differences.
• Understanding of the full funnel from first frame to paying user.
• leadership and hands-on approach to manage a small to mid-size creative engine.
• Ability to design clean, testable experiments and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative engine end-to-end: angle, concept, copy, production, launch, read, iterate.
• Build repeatable systems: cadence, angle library, tagging, and real-language bank.
• Produce static and video content at a volume that sustains paid media.
• Write hooks, headlines, overlays, and scripts aligned to target audience voice.
• Run creative across networks and optimize for each platform.
• Translate creative read into web funnel adjustments to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with media buying, own the account data, and contribute to strategy.
• Source external creators, UGC, editors, and on-camera talent as needed.
• Define Ash's visual and verbal POV to stand out in market.
